mandoline slicer, ideal for uniformly cutting vegetables and suitable for cutting things like fruits and cheeses. got this recently but no longer have a purpose for it. also has a function to make thin julienne slices, shown in photos.fairly clean but has some grime on the backside, shown in photos, very difficult to clean without disassembly but won't interfere with final product in use. excellent for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
