This first edition copy of the autobiography of sports icon Bo Jackson is in exceptional shape. It's autographed by Bo Jackson on the title page (appear to be autopen), and the copywrite page states First Edition. The book's cover shows the vintage Bo Knows photo with him shirtless, wearing shoulder pads, with his baseball bat over his shoulders...it's quite the image.I grew up in Kansas City in the 80s and 90s, and Bo Jackson was a superhero! He was an All-Star outfielder for the Kansas City Royals (All-Star MVP in 1989), and he later played for the Chicago White Sox & the Angels. Bo was the Heisman Trophy winner in college football, & he played football for the Los Angeles Raiders (1990 Pro Bowler). Bo Jackson's face was everywhere at this time with the Nike Bo Knows advertising campaign. Bo will always be a what-if type of player due to the injury he suffered which derailed his career.This copy is a classic addition to any sports fan, but especially for MLB or NFL fans.
