These are MONTBLANC Meisterstück Geometric Cufflinks.
They feature a beautifully cut, three-dimensional design, and can be enjoyed in collaboration with the platinum-colored Geometric series fountain pens and ballpoint pens.
The retail price is ¥60,500.
The accessories are the black box shown in photo 9. If you don't need the black box, the price will be reduced to ¥33,000.

It's in splendid condition, used only once, but please refrain from purchasing if you are a meticulous person who demands perfection.
I'm in no rush, so I won't consider discounts beyond what's stated.
