This wrist mala has 21 rudraksha beads and each bead measures 8mm and the circumference is 7 inches long in its smllest and can be extented 11 inches. Shiva Purana describes Rudrakshas origin as Lord Shiva's Tears

The Rudraksha Beads have been worn by the yogis for thousands of years for the fearless life on their path to Enlightenment and libration. Please let me know if your wrist size is smaller or larger and i will adjust accordingly. The beads are imported from India. Prayer Beads mala are usually used for meditation, counting mantras and prostration and etc. Malas are worn on left wrist while not in use.
