Will need either touched up or repainted.There is no hardware to hang. You can hang on a wall or free standing on a piece of furniture.It measures approximately 14 in wide by 12.5 in tall. Each shelf is approximately 13 in long and 3.75 in tall. Each shelf is 3.75 in deep . The cabinet weighs approximately 3 lb. 8 oz .
