Both button up in the back. Very good vintage condition. There is an untreated (very faint yellow) spot on bib, pictured. Bc this is a handmade, there may be some minor imperfections/inconsistencies, but doesnt effect the wear. No size tag, but based on measurements, my supreme guess would be a size 6/7 year olds.Bin A
