Has a cone type filter, I will include some paper filters for free. Condition is used fair working condition without original box. The cone holder part has lost its spring and I'm not sure if that could be replaced. It is still working, turns on and makes coffee. However without the spring I'm unsure if the coffee will drop down into the pot appropriately or if it would possibly leak, I have not tested it since the spring was lost.
