Both books are used. Story Lives of American Composers is a library discard that shows fraying at the top of the spine as well as spotting on tops of pages. Corners and edges have slight wear. Living Biographies was published in 1946 by Blue Ribbon Books. This book was from a personal library but shows other uses via notations on the ffep as well. It’s in much better condition than the first. excellent for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
