The issue is that the top row of keys, from the Esc key to the Pause key, do not respond.

I have confirmed this using a keyboard recognition test site and attempted to reset the onboard memory using Razer's dedicated software, but the issue persists.

There are no problems with the response of the other keys or the lighting.
